“Black” list does not permit the incoming calls from phone numbers entered to this list, i.e. if you entered a number of any of your familiars, he/she under no circumstances can reach you by calling to your number. When calling to you, he/she would hear: “Your call is declined on subscriber’s initiative”, “Subscriber cannot receive your call” or “Subscriber is busy”. “White” list permits incoming calls just only from those phone numbers which were entered to this list., * i.e. only those subscribers can reach you on the phone whose phone numbers entered in “White” list, the rest of subscribers calling to your number would hear: “Your call is declined on subscriber’s initiative”, “Subscriber cannot receive your call” or “Subscriber is busy”. In both cases, all outgoing calls are permitted. * Provided that you have enabled “Black list” service, declining all incoming calls with lower priority than “White list”
