Call at friend’s expense service allows you to make and receive the calls while your balance is zero, at expense of calling party or third party, for example, at expense of your friend, relative, boss, etc. Payment may be divided 50% to 50% or 100%. But initially, the system must get the confirmation from your friend or relative regarding the consent to pay your call.

How to call at called party’s expense?

To call at Babilon-Mobile’s subscriber’s expense dial on your phone:

  • <9000>*, if  called party pays 100% of call payment (e.g., 9000*918ХХХХХХ or 9000*ХХХХХХ)
  • <9001>*, if called party pays 50% of call payment (e.g., 9001*ХХХХХХ)

How to make call to any phone number at expense of third party?

Only the subscriber of Babilon-Mobile may act as calling subscriber and Third party (sponsor), and any network subscriber may act as called party.
First, the subscriber, who would call at the cost of third party, should set up a specified prefix (in the range of [9002-9009]).
To give a call at the cost of third party dial the following: * (example, 9003*918xxxxxx).


Service action plan is similar to call performance plan at cost of called party but notification comes to sponsor not to called subscriber  (third party) (in case that third party-sponsor doesn’t have installed rule for call payment)

-50 or 100 % of payment. If payment share is not specified, it would be 100% by default.

Once the subscriber calling at cost of sponsor has set up the prefix, the sponsor (third party), if he/she is agree to pay a call, he/she must create a payment rule.

*If a rule, created by SMS, is modified via ISSM, you cannot manage it by SMS anymore.

  2. Choose menu item "Call payment rules" – brief description page is open, with links to create call prefixes, to create new payment rule.
  3. If subscriber already has created call payment rules, table is displayed, having rule name (link to edit rule), rule parameters, rule action timetable (link to modify timetable)

To create a new rule of call payment

To create new rule of call payment, you need to: open "Create new rule" page > Enter required new rule parameters > After entering required parameters of new rule press "Create rule" button

If parameters are missed or incorrect, error description message is displayed.
If parameters are correct, you pass to “Call payment rules” page. New rule timetable is “Daily” by default.
Call payment rule modification

To modify payment rule you need: to visit link of required rule of call payment on “Call payment rule” page > Enter new parameters for rule and press "Change rule” button
Browsing, adding and deleting of call payment rule timetables

To browse call payment rule timetables: visit link of required call payment rule timetable on "Call payment rules " page
To add a new call payment rule timetable: On “Rule timetable” page specify required timetable parameters and press “Add timetable” button
To delete call payment rule timetable: On “Rule timetable” page choose “Delete” item near the required filter
Call payment rule deletion

To delete call payment rule you need: to visit  link of required call payment rule on “Call payment rules” page > Press “Delete” button
Call prefixes, New prefix set up, Prefix deletion

To set up new prefix you need: to choose “Call prefixes” item of “Call payment rules” page > to specify required prefix parameters and press “Set up prefix” button
To delete a prefix you need: to choose prefix on “Call prefixes” page in prefix table, which is to be deleted.
