"Trusted package" - a service that allows you to receive packages of MINUTES / SMS to all directions in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as MB traffic.

Service description:

If you urgently need to call, send an SMS, use the Internet, but you do not have enough funds on your balance, you can activate the "Trusted package"  service. This service allows you, if the balance is close to zero, to use the resources of minutes, SMS and MB.

Service conditions:

The "Trusted package" is available to all Babilon-Mobile subscribers who:

1. connected to the Operator's network at least 90 days ago;
2. have a credit limit of the balance over 0.01 somoni;
3. have a positive balance at the time of using the service;
4. The total debt does not exceed the credit limit;
5. The subscriber must be PrePaid;
6. The subscriber must be in an active status;
7. The subscriber must make at least 80 somoni top-up over the last 90 days.

Commands for managing the service via USSD:

* 575 # - service activation

* 575 * 0 # - receiving information about the current debt in the service.

* 575 * 1 # - Change the language in the service.

As a result of the sent request (via the USSD command), the available package volume will be automatically issued, or a refusal to provide the service will be received. In both cases, you will receive an informative SMS notification about the result of the request processing, the available package volumes and the days of receiving Haftrang content, the conditions for their provision.

Changing the service language in the service The default service language is Tajik.

When using the service for the first time, all notifications are sent in the Tajik language. If desired, you can change the language by dialing the USSD command * 575 * 1 #. The selected language is remembered in the system, and all subsequent notifications in the service will be received in the selected language, until the next change.

The “Trusted Package” service is provided in conjunction with the “Haftrang” content service.

Mandatory requirements for using the “Trust package” and “Haftrang” services:

1. The Subscriber's SIM card must be connected to the Operator's network at least 90 days ago;
2. The Subscriber's balance at the time of the service activation request must not be lower than 0.01 somoni.
3. The Subscriber should not have outstanding debts for the previously provided "Trusted Payment", as well as for the services "Haftrang" and / or "Trusted Package".

Within the "Trusted Package" service, 2 types of packages are available. The size of the issued packet depends on the criteria for matching one type or another.

"Haftrang" is an entertainment content service that provides an opportunity to receive content on various topics an unlimited number of times during the period of the service.

The “Haftrang” service is activated for a certain period of validity, together with the “Trusted package” service of a certain size, depending on the Subscriber's criteria:

1. Upon activation of the "Trusted package" 1 - "Haftrang" is automatically activated for 7 days
2. Upon activation of the "Trusted package" 2 - "Haftrang" is automatically activated for 12 days

Terms and conditions for fulfilling service obligations:

Payment for the amount of services rendered to the Subscriber of the resources provided as a result of activation of the "Trusted Package" service and payment of the cost of the service occurs automatically the next time the Subscriber's account is replenished. If the subscriber topped up the account for a smaller amount than his debt in the service (that is, less than the amount of communication services provided + the cost of the service), the amount available to the subscriber is debited from the account, and the remaining debt will be written off due to the next balance replenishment, in whole or in part ( depending on the amount of replenishment).

In case of partial payment of the debt, first of all, the amount of the provided communication services is debited from the subscriber's account, and secondly, the service fee.

Example:
The subscriber received the "Trusted package" 1, after using the package, replenished the balance in the amount of 5 TJS, then 4.99 TJS will be removed from the subscriber's balance for the provided debt of the "Trusted package" service, and 0.01 TJS will remain on the subscriber's balance. The system reads the amount from each payment until the debt is fully repaid with the above example.

The debt payment term in the service is unlimited, i.e. the subscriber is not set a time frame in which he must necessarily replenish the account to pay off the debt in the service.

Management of the "Haftrang" service The "Haftrang" service is activated in conjunction with the "Trusted package" service in the following ways:

1. USSD request to * 575 #

Disconnection of the “Haftrang” service occurs automatically after the expiration of its validity period. To receive content within the “Haftrang” service, you need to dial the USSD command * 575 * 3 # and select the content category of interest in the interactive USSD menu.

SMS with content will be sent after typing the USSD command. You can use the USSD menu * 575 * 3 # an unlimited number of times during the service period.

Cost of "Trusted package" and "Haftrang" services and payment method The “Trusted Package” service is provided with a cost of 0 TJS.

The cost of the "Haftrang" service is:

1. 1.60 TJS - upon activation of "Haftrang" for 7 days
2. 3 TJS - upon activation of "Haftrang" for 12 days

The provided resources of the “Trusted package” and the cost of the “Haftrang” service will be debited from the subscriber's account automatically the next time the account is replenished, after the services are activated.
