• Packages are automatically disconnected when they expire, and unused traffic is burned out.

• When you connect the same Internet package, the traffic is summed up, and the term of the Internet package is extended. For example, the "ROAM 200" package was purchased on 01/22/2019 and similar on 01/23/2019, then the subscriber is provided with 400 MB of traffic for 13 days.

• If you deactivate the roaming service, you will not be able to use the package. When you reconnect the roaming service, the package will again be available for use, provided that the package lifetime has not expired at the time the service is activated.

• Packages are activated from the moment the first Internet session is connected in roaming.

• Connection of Internet packages "ROAM 200/500 / +" is available once a day. In this case, it is possible to connect two or three different packages at the same time. Reconnection of two identical packages is available the next day at 00:00 Dushanbe time.

• With the simultaneous connection of ROAM 200/500 / + Internet packages, the traffic will be consumed from the package that was purchased first. After the end of the paid traffic in Internet packages, access to the Internet is closed.

• In order to exclude automatic deactivation of the Roaming service, the activation of any of the three types of packages will be available only if the total balance on the subscriber's account is sufficient both for purchasing the package and for the functionality of the Roaming service.
